"Greetings to you my brothers and sisters of the AFR family. I am from Jamaica, a native who several months ago decided to convert to Orthodox Christianity My first contact with Orthodoxy was via a YouTube video of a Divine Liturgy held in Russia. Never before have I seen such grace, reverence, and humble worship. I watched several other videos on the Orthodox Faith, and since then I have been listening to AFR. This was suggested to me by a Russian Orthodox lady who said it would be good for me to learn much more of the faith. She testified as to how AFR has been helping her grow spiritually as well. I have no Orthodox Church to go to. Traditionally, my country is Protestant/Evangelical/Charismatic. So AFR has been my source of food—my educator in so many ways. I am keeping the flame of Orthodoxy alive in my heart because of you. Thanks for being such a comfort to me. I send all those who ask me about Orthodox Christianity to AFR. God bless you all. Happy tenth anniversary!"
