Amy Hogg serves as the Protopsaltria at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Pittsburgh, PA after chanting in the Antiochian Archdiocese for over a decade. Amy has a performer’s certificate in Byzantine music from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, a Figure Proficiency certification from Estill Voice International and is a member of the board of the St. John of Damascus Society. She has been invited to chant and teach at Orthodox churches, camps and conferences throughout the country and teaches beginner chant and voice classes online year round via the Trisagion School of Byzantine Music, which she co-founded in 2020. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and their three children.
