Dr. Randa Anderson
Dr Randa Karadsheh Anderson is a licensed clinical psychologist. An area of special focus for Dr Randa is the podcast topic of Digital Discernment. She regularly presents workshops and seminars on this topic of how our digital media use can impact our health and wellness, and being an Orthodox Christian, she includes how digital media can help or hamper our spiritual lives. And she draws on the wisdom of our ancient faith to assist people in moving beyond their tech habits to grow closer to Christ. Committed to offering her professional knowledge and skills to the Orthodox community through volunteer work, she currently serves as the President of the Orthodox Christian Association of Medicine, Psychology, and Religion and as a consultant to the Mental Health Ministries of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops. Additionally, Dr. Randa serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary, as well as on the board of Thriving in Ministries. She and her husband, Keith, have two young adult sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law.
