The Very Reverend Protopresbyter Maxym Lysack is the pastor of Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church, a multicultural parish of the Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople in the downtown of Canada’s capital city of Ottawa. Ordained a priest in 1983, he holds a Th.M. from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology and a PhD from Laval University in Orthodox spirituality and dogmatic theology. Fr. Maxym is frequently invited to be a guest speaker and preacher. He is married and has two adult daughters.
