In this talk, Dr. Mamalakis will provide 4 steps for those moments we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or about to explode, that will guide our children Toward the Kingdom.
Dr. Philip Mamalakis, with his wife, Georgia, has seven children and three grandchildren and lives in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the Associate Professor of Pastoral Care at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology. He is the author of Parenting Toward the Kingdom, (AFP, 2016) as well as, The Companion Guide to Parenting Toward the Kingdom (AFP, 2024) for parents to gather together for support and guidance.

on Ancient Faith Radio. They co-authored Renewing You: A Priest, A Psychologist, and a Plan and 6 Hours, 7 Lessons: How Christ’s Light Transcends Our Darkness. Fr. Nicholas lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Dr. Roxanne, and their two children, George and Gabriella.

Dr. Zac Porcu earned his PhD in Church history at the Catholic University of America and holds additional degrees in Philosophy, Classics, and Interdisciplinary Humanities. He has taught history, philosophy, and theology at private schools and universities on both the East and West coasts and is a catechist at St. Andrew's Orthodox Church in Riverside. He hosts the Roots of Everything podcast and is the author of Journey to Reality: Sacramental Life in a Secular Age.
